Historic building on Rua de Fernandes Tomás, between the streets of Sá da Bandeira and Bonjardim, in the heart of downtown Porto, with unique facades and interiors, set in a plot of 850 m2.

The rehabilitation project of the building, designed by the architect Adriana Floret, includes 13 fractions:
- 2 Stores;
- 11 Apartments of typologies T0 to T1.

WORK
The rehabilitation work of the building began in February 2020 and will be completed by the end of 2021.

SURROUNDING
The section of Rua Fernandes Tomás where the building is located is a consolidated area of commerce and services in downtown that is undergoing a profound transformation, guided by impactful works for the city, of which the rehabilitation of the Bolhão Market (an ongoing work promoted by the Porto City Council with a budget of more than 20 million euros) stands out.
