The flatter area is planted with vines of two distinct varieties: Touriga Nacional and Syrah, which also extend across the hillside.

At the top of the hillside is a preserved area of virgin forest, ending in a stone wall, with the olive grove situated below. The property also features a ruined agricultural house located halfway up the property.
