1 As áreas de uso múltiplo têm como uso dominante a atividade agrícola, florestal, agroindustrial ou pecuária compatível com a permanência dos valores referidos no artigo anterior.2 Nestas áreas admite -se a realização de obras, destinadas a:
a) Socalcos e infraestruturas de apoio à atividade agrícola e florestal;
b) Edificações de apoio à atividade agrícola e florestal;
c) Instalações destinadas à atividade pecuária;
d) Instalações destinadas à atividade agroindustrial;
e) Turismo em solo rural;
f) Instalações de recreio e lazer complementares à atividade agrícola e florestal e de mediação entre o solo rural e o solo urbano;
g) Unidades de prestação de serviços a animais;
h) Instalações desportivas especializadas destinadas à prática de golfe.
3 Admite -se a edificação isolada de uma habitação, desde que se verifiquem cumulativamente os seguintes requisitos:
a) Área mínima do prédio de 4 ha, exceto nas áreas integradas na Unidade Territorial Norte -Agrícola onde a área mínima poderá ser de 2 ha;
b) Não exista qualquer outra habitação no interior do prédio.
