Decree-Law no. 10/2024 of January 8 proceeds to the reform and simplification of licensing in the field of urban planning and chooses as a priority the simplification of administrative activity through the continuous elimination of licenses, authorisations and unnecessary administrative acts, in a logic of ’zero licensing’.
