The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware, including a dishwasher and a washing machine.
There is Wi-Fi internet and cable TV with some English spoken channels.

Great charcoal BBQ and outdoor dining area that takes advantage of the architecture of the house to provide a nice shade during the day. The pool as well as the garden sits at the back of the house, quite private. The pool has approximately 9 meters in length by 4 meters wide and 1-meter-deep by the stairs and 2 meters at the deepest end.

This recently refurbished villa offers great privacy to those who visit it. Inside it has all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday and a well-kept outside, barbecue and leisure areas take advantage of the majestic views over the Atlantic Ocean.

On the 1st floor, lies the master bedroom, quite large and well appointed. It has air-conditioning, spacious closets and private terraces with panoramic views. It has a private bathroom with large shower, 2 sinks, towel warmers and other essential utensils.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms:
2 with twin beds, one of which is decorated in cream and pink, with a very comfortable sofa, air conditioning and a sliding door providing direct access to the pool and garden; the other bedroom with soft colours, also has air conditioning and a sliding door to the same outside area. Both share one bathroom with a shower.
The third bedroom of this floor has a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, heated towel rail and all the essentials. This bedroom has air conditioning, a décor in brown and green tones with a window towards the front of the house.
There is an additional WC next to the staircase on the ground floor.

The kitchen and dining room, in brown and ivory, are connected with a beautiful kitchen island, with lots of storage space and a breakfast surface with 4 stools. The kitchen is very large and modern and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for your stay.

The dining room has a large table and chairs for 8 people. It has direct access to the front and back garden and to the laundry room, equipped with washer and dryer.

The living room is just next to the dining area, in the same open plan space, quite warm and welcoming due to the fireplace, the sofas and armchairs with a capacity to seat 8 people, flat screen TV (with satellite channels) , DVD, stereo system and Wi-Fi. It has a large sliding door that provides direct access to the BBQ, the garden, the pool and magnificent views of the Algarvian islands.

The whole house is fenced by walls and hedges. On the terrace that runs along the bedrooms and the living room there’s a gas BBQ and an outdoor table with 8 chair, protected from the sun by a shade sail to allow outdoor meals even during the day, always picturing a splendid view come night or day.
Down by the lawn and at the edge of the plot is the swimming pool, 1.40m deep, 6.50 meters long and 3.50 meters wide, surrounded by bushes and also sharing the view with the rest of the house.
The area where the house is inserted in very quiet and parking outside is not a problem.

This private 4-bedroom villa is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac just a couple hundred meters away from the Old Village, just next to Pinhal Golf Course. Recently redecorated with a modern touch and comfortable furniture, meant to be practical and aimed towards the comfort of its guests.

One of the double bedrooms is located in the ground floor with a family bathroom just next to it. In the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one is the master en-suite with a king bed and a private balcony with a view over the pool. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds each which can be pulled together and their own en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Recently refurbished, the kitchen is modern and totally equipped. It has direct access to the BBQ area and to the dining area. The living and dining area is also modern and functional, with plenty of seating and direct access to the pool/garden and BBQ. With cable TV, DVD and a modern 40’ LED screen. Downstairs in the basement there’s also a pool table to keep the guests entertained.

The architecture of the house provides for a refreshing shade just under the BBQ and the outdoor dining table, perfectly positioned and safeguarded from the elements. The charcoal BBQ is positioned just next to the table which makes it very practical to use.
The pool can be considered to be of normal size, approximately 8 by 5 meters with a sort of an L shape. It is 1 meter deep by the stairs and 2 meters by the deep end.
Outside there is plenty of parking space.
