This terrace has another level, equivalent to 2nd floor with great panoramic views of the surroundings. The other bedroom is turquoise blue, has a bathroom with a bath and access to a terrace and window overlooking the driveway.
All rooms have air conditioning, large wardrobes and laminate flooring. An additional WC provides supports to the lounge and kitchen.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, it has a table and chairs for small meals and also a laundry room. A sliding door allows natural light in the kitchen and provides direct access to the outside dining area, next to the pool.
The spacious living room is equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV with UK channels (BBC1-4, ITV, etc), DVD player, several movies and a WII game console with some games. There is also internet access via Wi-Fi.
The plot is completely private and enclosed all around. It is appropriate and safe for children. There are some areas of grass that are also great for children and a floor mimicking deck surrounding the pool, plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating to allow you to enjoy the sun and fresh air.
The pool is about 8 meters long by 4 meters wide and with a depth of between 1 meter by the stairs and 2 meters at the deep end. The outdoor dining area has a nice size table and comfortable chairs and is served by a charcoal barbecue. Overall the outdoor is well presented and very private.
There is private parking in the garage located in the basement.
