The Panattoni Park Lisbon-City, scheduled for completion by the end of 2025, located just 5 minutes from the A1 and 11 minutes from Lisbon airport, this asset is a differentiating solution for companies that need a grade A logistics space in Lisbon.

Located in an area that is part of one of the most important logistics axes in the country, this asset is located at the gates of the city and will have several warehouse units for cross-docking and logistics operations with several options of areas available.

The logistics park will have a total office area of 5,000 m2 and 122 loading and unloading docks, spread over the four buildings, while the warehouses will have a minimum ceiling height of 10.5 meters, fire risk level 2, sprinklers and a slab overload of 6T/m2. This logistics complex will also have a total parking area for more than 300 vehicles and vans, chargers for electric vehicles and a bicycle park in each of the four warehouses.

With a total area of 85,000 m2 (GLA), the park will have the capacity to host four properties: three multi-tenant warehouses and a single-tenant cross-docking facility.
