2-bedrooms apt, front sea view (aprox. 85m² inside, plus 2 balconies: sea front 9m² + back 3m²): located on the 4th floor (of a 6 floors building with 2 elevators) right across the beach, fully equipped, with air conditioning and parking spot in garage.

Free unlimited wireless internet, TV with channels in Portuguese, Spanish and English, Netflix (movies, series, cartoons, documentaries, stand-up, etc.), and parking spot in underground garage for a vehicle with a maximum length of 5.60m. Sleeping comfort guaranteed by Pikolin mattresses and memory gel pillows. We also provide towels and linens of superior quality.

Within very short walking distance from the apartment (less than 1 min) you can find a bakery, supermarket, ATM, cafes, ice cream parlor, restaurants, children’s public playground and other services. Within 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance you can find the post office, pharmacy, and trails to walk or bike in the woods.

This apartment includes two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, full kitchen, living room, one full bathroom (bathtub), a 2nd bathroom (shower), entrance hall, front panoramic balcony sunny all day, rear balcony. Appliances: Smart TV (with internet, Netflix, Youtube, etc.), 4-burner ceramic cook-top plus oven, microwave, kitchen smoke exhaust ventilator, toaster, electric citrus juicer, 2 coffee makers (American and Portuguese styles), full fridge (2 doors), dishwasher, laundry machine, ironing, hair dryer, electric water heater and home heaters (you may need them during the winter given that central heating systems are very rare in Algarve), etc.
