Spacious, light yet cosy, very well appointed, tastefully furnished and recently redecorated throughout interior means it has it all. Location within the village is everything and this apartment is ideally set in one of the most favourable positions near the entrance - close to all the daily essential facilities (shops etc) and relaxing amenities (pools) but far enough away from them all not to be inconvenienced by any of it physically, visually or audibly. It’s possible to hear traffic but it’s only background level noise, it’s not obtrusive. On the whole it’s a tranquil position and feels very private.

This first floor end apartment, has it’s own private entrance, is fully air conditioned and heated and has fully updated fast Fibre WiFi. It benefits from a good sized private Wast facing terrace, perfect for entertaining and al-fresco dining accessed from the lounge and master suite. The lounge has a fireplace, not used by the current owners, but is fully functioning. Both double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and both bathrooms have been renovated/updated.

All furniture, fixtures and fittings are included as seen in the photos (excluding personal items of course). It has a washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob with extractor fan over. The kitchen is fully equipped as a proper functioning kitchen with all utensils and cookware to actually cook and serve a meal. The sofa bed in the lounge is new and comfortably doubles as an extra bed if needed. The lounge soft furnishings are also new.

Within a 1 minute walk of the front door there are three lagoon style outdoor pools as well as the indoor pool, jacuzzi and modern gym. The supermarket, beauty salon, cafe, pharmacy, boutique shop and ATM are 75m away. Less than 2 minutes walk you’ll find reception, the main restaurant which opens out onto another lagoon pool during the day. For the more energetic there are four tennis courts - plenty of sunbeds for the less energetic and thoughtfully, each of the pools in the village have WC facilities. In the middle of the resort there’s another lagoon pool with smaller snack bar set in lovely gardens.

The 9 hole Golf course is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The Clubhouse with its fantastic bar and restaurant (open to all, not just golfers), golf pro shop with club and shoe hire, driving range and lessons are all available. It’s a friendly environment and there is a community of locals and ex pats that play regularly. There’s also another beautiful pool next to the clubhouse.

Turn left out of the village and it’s just a 10 min walk to Olhos De Agua where there’s a bigger supermarket, many shops, a beautiful beach plus lots of cafes and restaurants. The most local beach, Praia de Maria Luisa, is a 5 minute walk and has wonderful cliff top walks as well as a beach cafe and restaurant.

Turn right out of the village and you’ll find Santa Eulalia is a 15 to 20 minute walk (taxis available from reception and cost a few euros each way), many many restaurants, shops and car hire from here. ’The Strip’ as it’s known backs onto Santa Eulalia, the nearest spot for young peoples’ more vibrant nightlife.

Balaia Golf Village is an ideal place to buy a property, they are a company with a long, strong and professional trading history, the resort itself is in an area being invested in locally with upgraded roads and more facilities. It’s an ideal location for tourists and as a long term home conveniently located for easy access by road to the North makes it an ideal place to invest.
