O empreendimento Alcântara Lofts integra as antigas instalações do Bingo do Atlético Clube de Portugal, recuperando e preservando a fachada industrial do século XIX.

Este é um projeto da autoria do arquiteto Manuel Pardal Monteiro que contempla 33 lofts de tipologias T0 a T2, com áreas brutas interiores compreendidas entre os 35 e os 70 m2. Estes são apartamentos inovadores, a nível estético e funcional, equipados com ar condicionado e eletrodomésticos, com espaços abertos, que conferem uma ideia de maior amplitude e liberdade. Algumas frações têm pátios e varandas.
O Alcântara Lofts contempla, no seu centro, uma piscina e jardim interior, em torno dos quais estão organizados os apartamentos.
