Quinta da Cabeleira’, with an area of 9.5 hectares, is located near Torres Novas, about 1.10 hours from Lisbon.

The property is 80% morphologically flat and 20% undulating. It has a 240 m2 farmhouse and a 560 m2 patio. A house could possibly be built on the land, but this possibility should be checked with the Torres Novas Municipality.

The farm consists of fertile, good quality land, 2 hectares of vines to be restored, plus 2 hectares to plant new vines, an olive grove with 1,100 olive trees, in full production, 23 years old, with irrigation and aligned. It also has a floodplain for irrigated crops of around 3 hectares and 1 hectare of stone pines.

It also has a water tank of around 500,000 liters, located on a higher part of the land, which can be used to irrigate the entire lowland and floodplain of the property. There is electricity and a water well. The farm borders a stream.
