The land has an area with several mature trees and another, cleaner area for grazing animals, and is covered by the National Ecological Reserve in an erosion risk zone. It is outside the National Agricultural Reserve.

This land has excellent conditions for planting ’medronheiro’ trees, a vegetable garden or breeding horses.

It is easily accessible, with electricity and mains water at the far end of the land.

The Circular Trail - 17 Carrascalinho, of the Rota Vicentina, passes by the property.
