Apartamento composto por 3 quartos. Um está equipado com uma cama de casal com 140x190 cm, o segundo com outra cama de 140x190 cm e o terceiro com 2 sommiers de 90x190 cm que podem ser usados individualmente ou serem juntos e formar uma cama de casal. Todos os quartos têm roupeiro.
Na cozinha/sala existe um sofá onde é possível dormir a sétima pessoa. Tv com mais de 100 canais. Wifi gratuito. Na cozinha existe uma mesa com capacidade para 4 pessoas que pode ser extensível até 8. Está equipada com frigorífico com congelador, máquina de lavar roupa, microondas, placa e forno, exaustor, grelhador eléctrico, máquina de café da Delta Q, torradeira, tachos, pratos, talheres e todos os demais utensílios necessários à sua confortável estadia. Tem 1 Wc com banheira e outro pequeno com cabine de duche.
A varandas é pequena (cerca de 30 a 40 cm de largura).
Não tem Ar Condicionado (penso que não é muito quente porque é todo virado a Norte e apanha pouco sol).
O Apartamento é localizado no 2.º andar sem elevador (mas de fácil acesso para pessoas sem limitações de mobilidade) de um pequeno prédio com apenas 4 pisos sito na Rua Nossa senhora das Dores, junto á Igreja.
Fica localizado a cerca de 200 m da Avenida, 250 m do Areal e 300 m do centro.
Num raio de 300 m existe o mercado municipal, supermercados, drogarias, padarias / pastelarias e a maioria dos cafés / bares e restaurantes. Apesar desta proximidade, como se trata de uma rua sem saída, praticamente não tem transito, pelo que é um local muito sossegado.

1-bedroom apt, front sea view (aprox. 50m² inside plus 10m² balcony): located on the 6th floor (top floor; 2 elevators). Fully equipped. Very comfortable mattress (main bed), viscoelastic topper (sofa-bed), and pillows (memory gel). The rental also includes air conditioning, free wireless internet, TV channels in Portuguese, Spanish and English, Netflix (movies, series, cartoons, documentaries, stand-up, etc.), and parking spot in underground garage for one vehicle with a maximum length of 4.70m. We also provide towels and linens of superior quality. We apologize for any potential inconvenience, but we do not accept animals.

This apartment includes one bedroom with built-in wardrobe, full kitchen/living room (connected through open space), full bathroom, entrance hall, and a panoramic balcony sunny all day.

Appliances: Smart TV (with internet, Netflix, Youtube, etc.), 4-burner electric flat ceramic cook-top, oven, microwave, kitchen smoke exhaust ventilator, toaster, electric citrus juicer, 2 coffee makers (American and Portuguese styles), full fridge, dishwasher, laundry machine, ironing, hair dryer, electric water heater and home heaters (you may need them during the winter given that central heating systems are very rare in Algarve), etc.
