This charming and modern villa is set in a quiet residential area, just a few meters from Coxos Beach (5 minutes walk) and S. Lourenço beach, 3km from the centre of Ericeira and quick access to Lisbon and Sintra.

On the 1st floor you will find an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a cosy and large living room (accommodates 2 people on a sofa bed), access to a spacious terrace with barbecue and sea view where you can enjoy your sunbathing, toilet support.

On the 2nd floor you will find three bedrooms, one suite and another with a double bed and another with two single beds; 1 full bathroom.
The terrace is furnished in such a way as to bring the whole family together, enjoying outdoor meals with the aroma of the sea, a space where children can play outdoors and safely.

Pricing & Payments
For reservations, confirmation of availability will always be required;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in
Security Deposit €300.00 in cash;
The return of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even a higher amount may be requested if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme disorder / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;
Check-in times from 3 pm to 7 pm;
Late check-in:
8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - €30.00;
10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - €40.00;
24h00 to 02h00 - € 50,00.
Check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.;
Extra cleaning services only available when requested at the time of booking (extra payment).
