This villa of excellent areas is set in a private plot with garden, swimming pool and beautiful countryside views, located 12 km from Ericeira.
On the ground floor you have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area and access to the terrace. The view from the large window over the countryside is wonderful! Also on the same floor, a comfortable double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds will guarantee you a well-deserved rest on your holiday! Full bathroom. The mezzanine also accommodates 4 people with 2 double beds. Downstairs: 1 double bedroom with living room and fireplace. Full bathroom. Outside enjoy the scenery and sunny days in the large garden with barbecue! The garden table and chairs are ideal for outdoor dining.

Pricing & Payments
For reservations, confirmation of availability will always be required;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in
Security Deposit €300.00 in cash;
The return of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even a higher amount may be requested if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme disorder / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;
Check-in times from 3 pm to 7 pm;
Late check-in:
8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. - €30.00;
10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. - €40.00;
24h00 to 02h00 - € 50,00.
Check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.;
Extra cleaning services only available when requested at the time of booking (extra payment).
