4 Os perímetros urbanos de nível II correspondem aos núcleos urbanos de A dos Cunhados, Campelos, Dois Portos, Freiria, Maceira, Maxial, Outeiro da Cabeça, Ponte do Rol, Portela da Vila, Ramalhal, Runa, Santa Cruz, São Pedro da Cadeira, Silveira, Turcifal e Ventosa.

Artigo 29.º Condições específicas de edificação em áreas urbanizáveis de nível II
1 Sem prejuízo do disposto no artigo 27.º, na realização de operações urbanísticas, não podem ser ultrapassados os seguintes valores máximos: a) Índice de construção bruto 0,40; c) Percentagem de utilização comercial em operações de loteamento 15 % da área bruta de construção; d) Número de pisos acima da cota média do terreno três; ou cércea de 10 m. 2 Constitui excepção à alínea d) do número anterior, o aglomerado de Santa Cruz, onde o número máximo de pisos permitido acima da cota média do terreno é de quatro, ou cércea máxima de 13 m.
