It has a living room with fireplace, sofa and TV, a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Outside there is a nice garden with garden furniture, barbecue and dining space.
It also has internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer and iron.

This charming and modern villa is set in a quiet residential area, just a few meters from Coxos Beach (5 minutes walk) and S. Lourenço beach, 3km from the centre of Ericeira and quick access to Lisbon and Sintra.

On the 1st floor you will find an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a cosy and large living room (accommodates 2 people on a sofa bed), access to a spacious terrace with barbecue and sea view where you can enjoy your sunbathing, toilet support.

On the 2nd floor you will find three bedrooms, one suite and another with a double bed and another with two single beds; 1 full bathroom.
The terrace is furnished in such a way as to bring the whole family together, enjoying outdoor meals with the aroma of the sea, a space where children can play outdoors and safely.
