The Olival and Alqueva Estate, with an area of 15 hectares, is located in the Évora region, near the village of Alandroal in Alentejo. It is very close to and offers views of one of the arteries of the Alqueva Dam - the largest artificial lake in Europe. The property includes an agricultural structure of about 100 m². A PIP (Request for Preliminary Information) is currently underway with the Municipality of Alandroal, which will allow its adaptation for a future medium/small-scale tourism project to be developed.
