Note: Before coming please check the average temperatures in the Algarve, (especially during the summer months), to make sure they are suitable for your proposed stay and the activities you want to participate in while you are here. The main living room on the property is air-conditoned but other rooms are not.
The farmhouse is nestled in the beautiful village of Amendoeira, 7 minutes drive from the market town of Loule, and 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the central Algarve and Faro Airport. The village is surrounded by a national park or ecological zone where building and other activities are restricted. No matter how busy it gets by the sea in the summer, it is always quiet in Amendoeira. The village has one cafe where the locals play petanque (boules) and meet throughout the year.
